摘要
本文对三种国产手动空气捻接器:上海第十七棉纺织厂研制的QN17-85型、上海纺研院研制的HS-Ⅱ型和上海纺织五金二厂研制的FG304型进行了上车对比试验选型,对成结率,捻接处直径、长度,捻接纱强力,络经生产水平,接头速度,整经万米百根断头,布机台时断经断纬等项目组织了较全面的测试,文后并附有各型号手动空气捻接器捻接纱样照,可与测试数据对照参考。
A comparative experiment is made on three home-made manual air splicers,i.e. QN17-85 from Shanghai No.17 Cotton Mill, HS-Ⅱ from Shanghai TextileResearch Institute and FG304 from Shanghai No.2 Textile Hardware Factory,concerning splicing percentage, splicing diameters, length, strength and speed,warp breakage per hundred end yarns of 10 thousand meters, warp and weftbreakage per machinc/hour. Some photographes of spliced yarn are also pre-sented.
