摘要
本文对国产梳棉机道夫传动形式进行分析研究,提出了去除双速电机或滑差电机和一些传动附加部件,设计采用了道夫无级调速、平滑过渡及防轧制动。并着重介绍了新颖调速制动装置的设计和工作原理、技术特征、应用效果等,为梳棉机老机改造和新机配套,提出了一项切实可行的新技术。
Having analysed the doffer driving systems on domestical carding machines,the paper gives out a proposal that a stepless regulating and anti-breaking systemcould be adopted instead of the original double speed or slip induction motors andsome other accessories. The paper later forcuses on the design and working princi-ples, technical features and application effects of the newly designed speed regulatingbraking system, which is considered a quite practical technology.
