摘要
研究了 ICP光源中试液进样量对稀土元素谱线强度、背景强度 ,谱线强度测量的相对标准偏差 ,元素检出限 ,发光效率及试样相对利用率的影响。结果表明 ,降低试液进样量对稀土元素谱线强度有轻度影响 ,并不影响测量的相对标准偏差和元素的检出限。降低试液进样量将提高发光效率及试样利用率 。
Effects of sample uptake rate on spectral line intensities, background intensities, relative standard deviations of line to background ratio, detection limits, signal emitted rate and sample relative utilization rate were studied. The results showed that the effect of sample uptake rate on spectral line intensities was slight. Sample uptake rate did not affect RSD and detection limits. Lower sample uptake rate could increase signal emitted rate and sample realtive utilization rate. This method can be applied to the rare metals, precious materials and radioactive elements.
