摘要
采用不同的材料模型 (刚粘塑性、大变形弹塑性 )及大变形弹塑性热力耦合方法 ,对两类零件的成形过程进行了有限元模拟 ,并对有限元模拟效率及精度进行了分析研究 。
In this paper, different material models:(rigid viscous plastic, large deformation elasto plastic)and coupled large deformation elasto plastic method are applied to analyze the forming process of different part. Some analysis on simulation efficiency and precision was carried on due to the need of research. The results of simulation are compared with experiment. In the end, some advices on FEM models are submitted to improve the efficiency and precision of simulation.
