摘要
采用遗传算法对大规模矩形零件在板材上的套料方案进行优化 ,以提高板材利用率和降低生产成本。建立了优化套料的遗传算法模型 ,描述了算法的实现技术。通过计算实验证明此算法能得到很好的矩形零件排样的优化方案 。
The purpose of this article is to improve the ratio of using of stock sheets and to reduce the cost of production, through optimizing the problem of large scale rectangular object optimal embed placement on stock sheets with the genetic algorithm. The model of genetic algorithm is constructed and the achieving technology of the algorithm is described in the article. It is proved that there have good optimal results to rectangular object placement with the proposed algorithm in test calculation, making the ratio of using of stock sheets greatly improved.
