摘要
本文肯定了NFR-A878型双层软胶辊(以下简称878胶辊)简化胶辊制做工艺的突出特点,并在对878胶辊与WRC836、WRC301-12和WRC849型三种胶辊做同台、同锭、同粗纱的成纱质量对比后,指出878胶辊在改善成纱条干,减少成纱粗、细节,提高单纱强力,减少布面轻微条干疵布等方面都有明显的效果。同时也指出了878胶辊表面较毛糙,抗绕性较差及其它尚存在的问题。
The paper acknowledges the prominent characteristics of a simplified pro-
cessing technology of NFR-A878 double ply soft top roller(abbr. 878 top roller)
which is found to be very notable for the improvement of yarn evenness and
single yarn strength as well as for the reduction of slubs and snicks of yarn
compared with yarn's from WRC836, WRC301-12 and WRC849 top rollers
under identical working conditions. Meanwhile, the paper also points out some
problems existing in 878 top rollers as coarse surface, poor anti-licking, etc.
