摘要
研究用浸出—沉淀法从浮选尾矿中回收镍。尾矿中的镍矿物多为难选矿物 ,浮选镍精矿品位 2 75 % ,回收率18 6 3%。用浸出—沉淀法处理浮选尾矿 ,浸出条件为 :酸度 0 5 %~ 1% ;浸出时间 2小时 ;添加合适的氧化剂 ;搅拌浸出。沉淀获得含镍 2 0 %~ 30 %的镍硫化物 ,回收率为 6 0 %~ 75 %。静置浸出回收率低 ,但可采用堆浸 。
