摘要
介绍用傅里叶光学方法设计的一种微型内窥探测头。这种探测头长度 >10 0mm ,探头直径可 <1mm ,具有较大的视场、远距离观察能力以及象质好等特点。
A new miniature detecting head of introscope for hermetical chambers has been designed on the basis of Fourier principle. The length of the detector is more than 100mm, but its outer diameter is less than 1mm. It has larger field of view (45°) and higher image quality.
