摘要
研究了锌基轴承合金的组织特征 ,并与巴氏合金 (ZChSnSb11-6 )在MM2 0 0磨损实验机上进行了一系列摩擦磨损特性对比试验 ,结果表明 :各种性能指标均相当或优于巴氏合金 ,且有望成为锡基轴承合金的代用材料。
The structure characteristics of zinc\|base bi\|metal bearing alloy was investigated.The comparative testing of a series of friction and wear characteristics of the alloy with Babbitts alloy(ZChSnSb11\|6)by means of MM\|200 type wear testing machine was conducted.The results showed that all of the properties of the zinc\|base bi\|metal bearing alloy were equivalent or superior to those of Babbitts alloy.It is helpful to replace Sn\|base bearing alloys
