摘要
采用守恒标量法确定充型过程中的自由表面 ,通过采用两个不同的时间步长计算充型过程的流场和自由表面 ,克服了流场计算时时间步长过小的缺点 ,使得充型过程数值模拟的计算速度大大提高 。
The conserved scale method has been used to determine t he morphology of the free surface during mold filling. The disadvantages of much shorter time step in numerical simulation has been overcome by adopting two dif ferent time steps to calculate flow field and free surface, so as to enhance gre atly the calculation speed of the numerical simulation during mold filling and meet the accuracy requirement in the engineering application.
