摘要
对 40Cr钢质活塞杆断裂进行了失效分析。结果表明 ,活塞杆宏观断口为脆性断裂 ,微观断口为解理与准解理断裂。表层组织是上贝氏体、铁素体和屈氏体而非回火索氏体 ,材质中含有块状及球状非金属夹杂物 ,导致强度低 ,脆性大 ,最终脆性断裂。应加大冷却速度 ,得到马氏体组织 ,经调质得到回火索氏体 。
Failure analysis of fracture on 40Cr piston rod is proceeded.Results indicate that macroscope crack is brittle fracture and microscopic crack is cleavage and quasi cleavage crack.Surface structure is upper bainite ferrite and troostite and not tempered sorbite,there are massive and globular non metallic inclusion in material,low strength and big fragility leaded to brittle fracture.By increasing cooling rate to gain martensite and by quenching and tempering to gain tempered sorbite,rod's mechanical properties can be improved.
