摘要
洗衣机离合器开启力智能在线测量仪以单片机为核心 ,配以电阻应变片式的力传感器及自动定位装置 ,结合测试系统的传递函数 ,提出了动态测量中自适应补偿测量系统的设计方法 ,使得测量力能很好地跟踪作用力 。
The intelligent on-line measurement instrument of the washer-clutch's opening force is based on a single chip computer system with a force sensor of resistance strain gauges and auto-localization equipment. The paper presents the designing method of adaptive compensation measuring system in the dynamic measurement of transfer function. It makes measuring force track the acting force, as well as improve measuring accuracy.
