摘要
研究了钛及钛合金经钨极氩弧焊焊接接头的显微组织、力学性能和冲击断裂特征。焊缝区的显微组织为片状或针状α组织 ,接头强度可达到基材水平 ,并有较高的塑性和韧性 。
The microstructure, properties and impact fracture toughness of welded joints of Ti and Ti alloy by using tungsten-argon arc welding were studied. The microstructure of weld zone changed into lamella and needle microstructure, the strength of welded joints could reach the strength level of base material. The plasticity and toughness was also higher,the rupture feature was mainly plastic.$$$$
