摘要
以正交试验为基础 ,通过调整Mg含量和热处理工艺 ,分析它们对Sr变质近共晶Al Si铸造合金力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,合金强度影响因素的主次顺序为 :固溶时间、时效时间、Mg含量和时效温度 ;伸长率影响因素的主次顺序为 :Mg含量、固溶时间、时效时间和时效温度。固溶时间对抗拉强度和伸长率均为显著影响因素 ,其与固溶过程中硅相形貌发生改变有关。在合适的工艺条件下 ,合金的力学性能可达到σb≥ 315MPa ,δ≥ 6 %。
On the basis of orthogonal experiment, the effect of Mg content and heat treatment on mechanical properties of near eutectic Al Si cast alloys modified with Sr has been investigated. The results show that the order of influential factors on tensile strength is solution time,aging time,Mg content and aging temperature and that the order of influential factors on elongation is Mg content,solution time ,anging time and aging temperature.Solution time is an important factor to both UST and elongation during solution,and it relates to the remarkable transformation of Si morphology.By a proper heat treatment,the mechanical properties of the alloy could reach σ b≥315MPa, δ ≥6%.
