摘要
拉伸试验中所使用的引伸计,在其检定过程中,当各检定点的读数平均值全部大于标定器给定值时,用引伸计检定规程——JJG762-92“引伸计”中给出的计算公式计算应变示值误差,结果是被检引伸计的应变示值误差全部为负值,这与引伸计的实际状况截然相反。就这一反常现象进行了分析,认为这是由于其计算公式不完整所造成的。
When the extensometer was verified for a extension test.it is found that, when the average value of all measured points greater than the standard one, and when the calculation formula in the Regulations for Verification of Extensometers (JJG762 - 92) is applied, the calculation of the strain indication errors result in negative values which completely contradicts the reality (actual situation). This article analyzes this abnormal phenomenon and concludes that it is originated from the imperfection of the calculation formula.
