摘要
通过对成分、铸造工艺、熔炼工艺及热处理工艺的优化,使铸件的工艺出品率达到 85%。力学性能及使用寿命均达到了理想的效果。且该材质具有退火后可切削加工的性能。
By optimizing composition,foundry method,melting process and heat treatment process,the rate of qualified castings was increased up to 85% .At the same time,both the mechanical properties and the working life were satisfactory.In addition,this kind of material could be machined after annealing treatment.
