摘要
探讨了氧乙炔热喷涂技术 ,选用国产新型轴瓦的减磨抗磨新材料对大型、重型滑动轴承进行了喷涂修复。通过试验得出 :采用该方法修复的轴承其抗磨性、减磨性得到了良好的改善 ,承载能力有较大地提高 ,起到了强化修复作用。该修复方法设备及工艺简单、施工方便、成本底、效益高、易于掌握 。
This article discusses the technology of oxygen ethine thermal spray which is used to restore big scale and heavy slip bearing with the new type homemade antiabrasion materials.The experiment shows that the bearing restored by this method with simple process,convenient operation,low cost,high efficiency has improved for its anti abrasion and its carrying capacity largely.
