摘要 目的 探讨抗心律失常药物 -普罗帕酮和胺碘酮对心脏感知功能 ,即感知参数的影响。方法 分别记录 10只成年狗静注普罗帕酮和胺碘酮后右心室内膜电图中 QRS波振幅 (IDA)及斜率 (SR)的变化。结果 普罗帕酮可明显降低 IDA及 SR,且该效应与普罗帕酮的血药浓度有关 ;胺碘酮也可降低 IDA及 SR,但与血药浓度无关。结论 普罗帕酮和胺碘酮均可降低安置起搏器病人的心脏感知功能。 Objective To investigate influence of propafenone and amiodarone on sensing function of pacemaker,namely cardiac sensing parameter.Method To record the changes of right ventricular endocardial electrogram(RVEG) of ten adult dogs after in jected in travenously propafenone and aniodarone.Result Both propafenone and amiodarone reduce intrinsic deflection amplitude(IDA) and Slew rate (SR) of RVEG.Conclusion Propafenone and amiodarone reduce cardiac sensing function of patients with pacemaker.
