摘要
目的 :观察采用颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组利用CT定位 ,采用YL— 1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针对 4 2例高血压脑出血患者进行微创穿刺、抽吸、冲洗血肿 ,对照组采用内科保守治疗。结果 :治疗组死亡率及神经功能恢复明显优于对照组。结论 :本疗法操作简便、损伤小 ,死亡率及致残率低 。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of intracranial hematomas microencephalopuncture in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: In remedial group,after cerebal CT localized,42 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were micropunctured by YL-1 model intracranial hematomas puncture needle,the hematomas were aspirated and irrigated,however the control group were treated with medical measures.Results: ln remedial group,the death rate and recovery of neurological function are drastic better than in control group.Conclusion: The measure is very effective in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage because of its advantages,such as simple operation,less trauma to brain tissue and low rate of death and disability.
