摘要
目的 :为探讨CR在鼻骨骨折检查中的作用 ,回顾性分析了 4 0例鼻骨骨折患者的鼻骨侧位CR片及普通X线平片。结果 :4 0例鼻骨骨折在CR片上均有不同程度X线表现 ,而普通X线平片仅发现鼻骨骨折 19例。结论 :鼻骨侧位CR片对鼻骨骨折及其它面骨复合骨折的诊断敏感性高于普通X线平片 ,CR片骨折线显示清晰 ,综合信息量高 。
Purpose:To evaluate CR in diagnosis of os nasale fracture and its clinical Significance.Materials and Methods:40 patients with computed radiography andconventional X-ray film examination of lateral of os nasale were retrospectivelyanalyzed.Results:40 patients with CR were found os nasale fracture,and l9 werefound in conventional X-ray film.Conclusion:CR examination is very helpful inthe diagnosis of os nasale fracture.
