摘要
为探讨慢性肾功能衰竭长期维持性血液透析患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)基质金属蛋白酶 - 9(MMP- 9)的 m RNA表达情况及其临床意义。采用半定量 RT- PCR法检测了 18例正常人 (对照组 )、2 0例慢性肾功能衰竭非透析患者 (非透析组 )、2 1例慢性肾功能衰竭长期维持性血液透析患者 (透析组 ) PBMC中 MMP- 9的m RNA表达。结果透析组 MMP- 9m RNA表达比对照组和非透析组显著增加。认为长期维持性血液透析患者PBMC中 MMP- 9的 m RNA表达水平显著增加 ,提示 MMP- 9增高与透析患者动脉硬化的形成和高血压血管重塑有关。
To investigate the gene expression of MMP 9 in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) from patients with Long term hemodialysis(HD) MMP 9 mRNA was detected by guentitative transcirption polymerasechain reaction(RT PCR)in PBMC from patients with chronic renal failure in long term hemodialysis and no dialysis. Results showed that PBMC from patients with HD expressed a higher level of MMP 9mRNA than those no dialysis and healthy control (P<0.01) This suggests patients with long term HD have high level of MMP 9,which contribute to vascular remodeling during the development and progress of high blood pressure and atherosclerosis.
