摘要
为了解肾上腺皮质激素对小儿病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)的疗效 ,将 10 0例柯萨奇 B病毒 (CVB)所致的VMC患儿分为两组。对照组 5 0例采用心肌炎常规治疗 ,治疗组 5 0例采用糖皮质激素 (以下简称激素 )。治疗 4周后复查心肌酶中肌酸激酶同功酶 (CK- MB)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶 (α- HBDH ) ,结果治疗组 CK- MB和α- HBDH均显著低于对照组。说明激素对降低 VMC患儿 CK- MB、a-
For realizing the effect of corticosteroid to treat viral myocarditis in children. 100 cases with myocarditis caused by Cox B virus were divided into two groups, control group and treameat group.Control group including 50 cases was treated by routine method,other 50 cases were treated by routine treatment and prednisone.After 4 weeks of treatment ,the mean value of CK MB and α HBDH was significantly lower in corticosteroid treament group than in control group .The result suggests corticosteroid has good effect to decease CK MB and α HBDH in patient with viral myocarditis.
