摘要
目的 探讨腹腔化疗在大肠癌术后的应用价值。方法 对 1993年 6月至 1997年 6月我院大肠癌术后行腹腔化疗 (5 5例 )、静脉化疗 (87例 )的临床资料进行分析。结果 术后腹腔化疗组 1,2 ,3年生存率分别为89.0 9% ,75 .96 % ,6 5 .83%。术后静脉化疗组的 1、2、3年生存率为 79.0 7% ,6 1.77% ,46 .5 0 %。差异显著。结论 手术后腹腔化疗对防治大肠癌术后复发转移有显著疗效 。
Objective To study the effect of intraperitoneal chemotherapy for patients with colorectal carcinoma after operation.Methods An analysis of the clinical data of 142 patients with colorectal carcinoma after resection from June 1993 to June 1997 was made. Of them, 55 patients were treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy, 87 patients were treated with intravenous chemotherapy.Results In intraperitoneal chemotherapy group, the overall 1,2, 3-year survival rates were 89.09%, 75.96% and 65.83 respectively, while the intravenous group were 79.07%, 61.77% and 46.50% respectively.Conclusion Intraperitoneal chemotherapy after operation is an effective way to prevent recurrence and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma after operation and it can increase the survival rate of the patients.
