摘要
目的 了解我院降血糖药物的使用情况及趋势 ,为合理用药和科学管理提供参考依据。方法 用限定日剂量 (defineddailydose ,DDD)计算降血糖药物的消耗 ,对降血糖药物使用进行统计分析。 结果 磺酰脲类的DDDs位于各类降血糖药物之首 ,格列奇特的DDDs位于降血糖药物的首位 ,日用药金额最高的是阿卡波糖。结论 在我院降血糖药物临床应用中占据主导地位的是磺酰脲类 。
Objective To investigate the usage of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital and to provide references for rational usage of drugs.Methods Analyzing the usage of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital according to defined daily dose (DDD).Results The usage of sulfonylurea hypcglycemic and Gliclazide was in the first place among hypoglycemic drugs arranged by DDD, and the daily drug cost of Acarbose tablets was the highest among all the hypoglycemic drugs used.Conclusion Among the hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital, the usage of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic is in the leading status and Gliclazide is used most often.
