摘要
介绍了凡士林生产的三种工艺,即酸-白土法、三氯化铝法及加氢法,指出加氢法是凡士林生产的发展方向。对国内凡士林生产进行了经济技术分析,结合市场现状及产品价格,提出了凡士林生产若干建议。
Three processes for production of vaseline including acid - clay refining, aluminium chloride refining and hydrofining were described in this paper in which the last process was thought as the best one for production of vaseline. The hydrofining unit with capacity of 1 kt/a was techo - economically estimated. Production situation and price of vaseline were also analyzed. Some proposals for further development of vaseline production processes were put forward.
