摘要
以对甲苯酚和异丁烯为原料合成2-叔丁基对甲苯酚。对催化剂进行了筛选,讨论了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对烷基化反应的影响。确定了合成2-叔丁基对甲苯酚的最佳条件:催化剂用量(以对甲苯酚质量计)12%,异丁烯加入时间2 h,补充反应时间1 h,反应温度100~110℃,对甲苯酚与异丁烯的摩尔比1.1:1。在此条件下产品收率为 79.1%。
2 - tertbutyl - p - cresol was synthesized from p - cresol and isobutene in the presence of catalyst. Effects of amount of catalyst, molar ratio of p - cresol to isobutene, and reatction temperature and time on alkylation were discussed. The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined as follows: catalyst amount 12% (based on the mass of p - cresol) , time for adding isobutene 2 h, reaction time supplemented 1 h, reaction temperature 100 - 110 ℃and molar ratio of p - cresol to isobutene 1.1:1. The yield of product of the above reaction was up to 79.1%.
