摘要
研究了基本工艺参数 (如聚乙二醇的添加量和分子量、热处理制度、薄膜层数 )对溶胶凝胶法制备TiO2 薄膜性能的影响。结果表明 :添加分子量 2 0 0 0的聚乙二醇 1.0g(相对于 10 0ml溶胶 ) ,以 2℃ min的速度缓慢升温至 550℃ ,保温 1h ,制得的TiO2 10层薄膜 ,表现出分解稀醋酸的光催化活性较好。
The influences of basic processing parameters, such as the amount and molecular weight of polyethylene glycol, heat treating method, coating thickness, on the properties of TiO 2 thin films were studied by sol-gel method. The results show that the 10 layers of TiO 2 film prepared by solutions(100ml)contai- ning 1.0g ployethylene glycol with molecular weight 2000, using a slow raising speed (2℃/min) to 550℃ from 100℃ and then treating at that temperature for 1h are of good photocatalytic activity for decomposition of aqueous acetic acid.
