采用反相高效液相色谱外标法对磺草酮进行了定量 ,方法的标准偏差为 0 .43,变异系数为 0 .6 4% ,平均回收率为 99.4%
A RP-HPLC absolute calibration curve method for the determination of ICIA0051.Results showed that the standard deviation was 0.43,the variation coefficient was 0.64% and average recovery was 99.4%.
