思想政治工作实质上是做人的工作。要解决人的思想认识问题,就要正确理解和把握疏通和引导的辩证关系,坚持和运用疏导方针。
The ideological and politicail work is mainly to do for the people.Persisting in the dredging policy is only right one to solve the ideological problems of people.In order to comprehend and grasp rightly the dialectical relationship between dredging and guiding,one must persist in and apply the dredging policy in the actual work.
