摘要
人力资源管理是现代企业管理的重要内容之一。美国和日本的人力资源管理模式是当今人力资源管理模式的两个典范。在文化内核、人力资源市场化程度、管理制度化程度、晋升标准、薪酬制度、劳资关系表现和员工的工作方式、工作态度等几个方面,两种模式都各有自己的主要特征。借鉴美、日管理模式的先进之处,结合我国的具体国情和各类企业的特点,有助于改善我国企业的人力资源管理模式。
