摘要
体育教学模式的要素及整体优化在理论和实践两方面对高校体育课程教学改革具有指导意义。体育教学改革应以贯彻健康教育和终身体育为主线 ,从提炼和优化理论要素、改造主客观因素 ,优化教学条件、改进教学组织形式与方法 ,优化教学过程结构、建立科学的课程标准评价体系等方面优化体育教学模式的各要素。在此基础上 ,依据校情并选择影响教学过程及效果的主要变量 ,运用系统、综合的方法把握与整合 ,选择或构建符合本校特点、整体优化的体育教学模式。
The essential factors of physical education teaching pattern and its entirety optimization have great theoretical and practical significance to the reforms of physical education teaching course in colleges and universities. To optimize the essential factors of physical education is to carry out Health Education' and Life long Physical Education' as its principal part, to refine and optimize the theoretical factors, to transform the subjective and objective factors, to improve teaching conditions, to optimize the structure of teaching courses, to establish a scientific and standard evaluation system. In addition, in the light of the conditions of different colleges and universities and the main variable that affects teaching course result, systematic and synthetic methods are chosen to construct and optimize the teaching pattern of physical education which conforms to the particular characteristic of our university.
