立井排管注浆帷幕凿井新工艺

New Technique of Cementation Curtain Wall Shaft Sinking

摘要 介绍排管注浆业浆垫施工、注浆参数和材料、注浆设备、布孔、注浆效果和立井掘砌工艺。 A cememtation shaft sinking with sand discharging tube is to drill holes arround a mine shaft wall with a drilling rig and then to discharge sand while the steel tube been inserting into ground.The discharging of sand could make spaces in soft water bearing sand layer for cementation. The cement grout could make hard stone pillar with sand and breaking stone. When several cementation operations made arround the shaft wall and serveral hard stone pillars made and connected, the pillar wall could be a curtain and protected body with a certain strength and water proof function. Therefore, curtain wall can protect agianst water and sand inrush occured in shaft and a sucessful shaft excavation and lining operations can be made. The depth of the cementation was 14.5m. The number of cemntation holes was 62, in which 50 holes locating in the out ring and 12 holes locating in inner ring. The cementation material are cement grout. The water/cement ratio was 1:1. The final grouting presure was 4 mPa. The diameter of the tube was 38mm. The drilling rig used was TX0-75 hydraulic drilling rig. Thd grouting pump used was YSB-250/120 grouting pump. After water check and no water found in 4 inspection holes, shaft excavation and lining operations were conducted. It was sucessfully sinking through a sand layer with a thickness of 9.5m. This shaft sinking took 3 months, 510 t cemnt and RMB 393,000. In comparison with a freezing shaft sinking, the cementation shaft sinking can save RMB 1.2 million and reduce a construction time by 4.5 months. A benefit of RMB 13.5 million could be obtained from the cementation shaft sinking.
