作者简单地介绍了15号煤层概况,详细地介绍了阳泉矿务局放顶煤工作面所用设备、回采工艺过程,以及在回采过程中所采取的技术措施。
From December 1988 to August 1989, a trial test of fully mechanized sublevel caving was conducted in No. 8605 Coalface of No. 1 Mine, Yangquan Coal Mine Bureau.After that, the sublevel method is steadly applied to coalfaces with suitable conditions over the bureau. Good technical and economic results are obtained from the caving method. In 1990, there were 4 fully mechanized sublevel caving teams in the bureau and 3 of the 4 teams had an annual cnal production over a million tones. That is a great achivement. No. 85603 Coalface in No. 1 Mine reached a best coal production in 1990.The average month production from the coal face was 87415 t and the max.month production was 140888 t. The coal recovery of the face was upto 84.09% and the efficiency of the face was upto 37.6 t/man. This paper has a brief introduction on No.15 Seam, detailed introduction on the mining equipment, mining method and technical precautions used in the sublevel caving coalface.
