摘要
重庆市基层农业技术推广体系不但资金短缺,而且在管理体制、机构队伍等方面存在若干问题;因此,应理顺管理体制,改革用人制度,加强人员培训,拓宽经费来源渠道,并鼓励、扶持其它服务组织的发展,以促进基层农业技术推广体系的发展。
Basic agricultural technology popularization system of Chongqing encounters such problems as shortage of capital, poor management system and unstable organization and teams. Thus, management system should be corrected. The talents utilization system should be reformed. Personnel training should be consolidated.The channel of capital source should be opened up to encourage and help other service organization to promote the development of agricultural techniques popularization system in basic organizations.
