摘要
作者对高温采面的热力特性进行了研究,结合平顶山矿务局八矿的实例,对其测定方法和计算等进行了探讨。
At present, a main fan used in mine most is axial fan. The air-door used for main fan is driven by a winch. The air-door has a serious air leakage which wast a lot of energy. In winter time, the air-door has a freezing problem, a poor movement. The operation of the air-door is complicated and the reliability is poor. A vertical pneumatic auto air-door is designed by the Sulan Coal Mine Bureau and the operation is good. Base on the vertical air-door, this paper has a study on simulation test of the air-door. Operation data and law obtained from the study. Therefore, it could be favourable to make a air-door design. After the test study and theoreticla analysis, this paper provided several characteristics of the air-door. 1. The air-door can be auto controlled. Therefore it can simplify the ventilation system. 2. The air-door has a good seal function, a good reduction in energy and increasement of reliabilty and safety. 3. Interlocked movement of the air-door eliminated a dead point of door closing and increased the reliability.
