摘要
创新理论及新经济增长理论阐述了源于科技创新的技术进步对经济增长的重要促进作用 ,认为创新是经济发展的根本动力。从现代经济实践及资本市场的实际运行状况考察 ,资本市场与科技创新的高度相关性似已表明 :资本市场是科技创新的重要保证 ,科技创新也已经成为资本市场健康发展的有力支撑。因此 ,大力发展资本市场尤其是风险资本市场并以此推动科技创新及其产业化的发展 ,对于我国经济的持续、高速发展具有不可替代的作用。
Both innovaton theory and new economic growth theory illuminate the important role of technologic advance for economic growth, holding that innovation is the foundamental impetus for economic growth. From the perspective of modern economic experience as well as the operation of capital market, the high correlation between capital market and technology innovation seems to iddicate:capital market is the guarantee of technology innovation, and technology innovation becomes a powerful support for capital market. Therefore, to promote the development of capital market, especially venture capital market, and propel technology innovation is indispensible to the continous and rapid growth of our economy.
