摘要
由于加入WTO和现代信息技术的发展 ,中国金融面临前所未有的发展机遇和严峻挑战。本文对未来五年中国金融改革和发展的若干重要问题进行了研究 ,这些问题是 :关于货币政策目标、方针和措施 ;关于提高中资商业银行整体竞争力 ;关于分业经营与混业经营 ;关于农村金融体制 ;关于利率市场化 ;关于货币市场 ;关于支付清算系统 ;关于人民币资本项目可兑换 ;关于金融监管体制。
China′s financial industry is facing both great opportunity and challenges because of the IT development and the WTO entry.The paper is trying to study some issues of China′s financial reform and development in the next five years.The main issues are as follows:the target,policy and measures of monetary policy.The improvement of the competitveness of China′s domestic bank.Separation and universal banking system.Rural financial system.The liberalization of interest rate.The money market.Settlement and clearing system.The convertibility of Renminbi under the capital account and the financial regulating system.
