摘要
介绍该区5个冻结井筒井壁失稳、断裂的情况,并分析破裂的因素。
Dadun M(?)ne is located on the Huanghui Plain and in the West side of Weishan Lake and the seam of the mine is covered by an alluvium with a thickness of 150 to 240 m. In the mine area, there are 5 paire of mine shafts with a coal production capacity of 4.65 million tones/year. There are 16 mine shafts constructed within the mine area.Am(?)ng the 16 mine shafts, 11 were c(?)ustructd with a freezing shaft sinking.Since 1987, shaft lining cracking had occured in the 5 mine shafts which constructed with a freezing shaft sinking. The 5 mine shafts were taking 45% of the 11 mine shafts. The fault formes on the shaft lining are as concrete spalling, steel bar bending, lining subsidence and guide bending. Due to the subsidence of the shaft lining, it enlarged crackings on the linings and increased water inrush even with sand. The locations of fault shaft lining were at aquifer between alluvium and base rocks. The reasons of the lining cracking are that due to the development of underground mining, a great deal of mine water in No. 4 aquifer drainaged. In Zhangzhanlou Mine, there were 31.06 million m^3 mine water drainaged from the mine within ten years. Therefore, it caused a total water level reduction of 6.58 m and a total surface subsidence of 115mm. The subsidence of the overburden made a downward additional force (negative friction force) to the shaft lining which could cause unstable, cracking and subsitance to the shaft lining and bending to the hoisting guide.
