摘要
作者介绍了目前我国综采放顶煤技术的发展过程砭其现状;从回采率;自然发火、煤尘、瓦斯及设备选型配套等方面,分析了存在的主要问题及应采取的技术措施。
Since 1982,China began its research and development on hydraulic powered support and mining method for fully mechanized sublevel caving.Through the ten year development the equipments and mining technology have been improved day by day and the coal production from the caving faces has been continuously increased. In 1990, three fully mechanized sublevel caving teams in Yangquan Coal Mining Area put the fully mechanized sublevel caving technology in a gently inclined thick seam and total coal production in the year was over one million tones which is a gratifying achievement. This paper has introductions on the development and present state of the Chinese fully mechanized sublevel caving technology. It gave detailed analyses on the existing problems in coal recovery rate, spontaneous combustion, coal dust, gas, and selection and arrangement of face equipment. It also gave the technical precautions to the above problems.
