本文介绍了刨煤机在徐州矿务局的使用情况,进而对某些技术问题进行了探讨。
In 1966, Xuzhou Coal Mine Administration began it first set test of a drag-hook plough in mine. Now the Administration has a 24 years experience. The total accumulated coal production from plough coalfaces is 7.10 million tones. Among the accumulated coal production, 4.035 million tones of coal was mined with China made MBJ plough from a seam with a thickness of 0.65 to 0.80m in Hanjiao Mine. The MBJ plough has a max. month production record of 27855 tones and a max. day production record of 2499 tones in thin seam mining. Later, with a 8/30 rear traction sliding plough from west Germany and hydraulic powered supports, a total coal production of 3.064 million tones was mined from a seam with an average thickness of 1.7m in Jiahe and Qishan Mines. The max. month coal production is 72000 tones. From the practices in Xuzhou Administration, it has proved that it can obtain a good technical and economic results of high production, high efficiency and low consumption with a plough made in China or other country. In the paper, it discussed some technical problems which are needed to be solved for the development of coal plough.The problems areincluded as analyses on suitability of sliding plough and drag-hook plough, relationship of power rate and speed of plough, relationship of plough speed and conveyor speed, problem of rated length advance and rated pressure advance, problem of power for plough head, arrangement of head and tail, problem of anti-sliding, problem of taking a use of ground pressure, issue of new blasting technology research,face management and some theoretical research of plough.
