摘要 论述井下炸药库抗冲击波活门和密闭门的阻冲击波依据,结构特点和作用、设计计算实例。 In consideration of a safety for a powder magazine in underground coal mine, it should design shock wave resistance door and seal door for a powder magazine in order to protect and control shock wave, explosion fire, heavy smoke and poison gas to be expended to other places which could make serious personnel death and injured in case of the explosives have an aidental explosion. According to the mechanism of shock wave formation, it should instantanously weaken and reduce the strong shock wave. Beside the right angle turning wall stopping and tooth type wave resitance stopping in roadways for the magazine, it should add shock wave resistance doors and seal doors. The resistance doors should consist of 3 groups. Each group has 6 doorss. Each door has one ventilation hole. In normal conditions, the doors are in open and ventilation.In case of the pressure is over 20 kPa, the dor will be instantanously closed and have a seal function. Base on the calculation, the 18 ventilation holes have a diameter of 120 mm, the peak pressure of the shock wave is 5MPa and the thickness of steel plate for the door is 10 mm. The design and structure of the resistance door and seal door have been aproved. They are applied to four powder magazines in underground mines of Jiahe Mine and Shanhejian Mine.
