摘要
近年国外有用核苷类药物和干扰素治疗带状疱疹取得一定效果。我们对连续收治的33例病人应用干扰素治疗取得好的疗效,现报告如下:
This paper reports on the observation of treatment with interferon in 33 cases with herpes zoster caused by varicella-zoster virus, the patients with age range from 40 to 78 (over sixty years old was 50 percent) divided into treatmeat group with interferon and control group, Through treatment our finding that the effects in disappearance of pain, heal of herpes and shortening course of disease in interferon group is superior to the effects in control group. We also discussed that antiviral theory of interferon and this drug must be used early.
