摘要
[背景 ]剖宫产术做为妇产科领域最重要的手术之一 ,开展得非常普遍 .最近有许多关于剖宫产术新技术的报道 .[病例报告 ]用新法剖宫产术治疗 80例妊娠妇女 ,均未发生术后并发症 .[讨论 ]新法剖宫产术的开展缩短了手术时间 ,减少了术后并发症 ,术后病人恢复快 ,缩短了住院时间 .新法剖宫产术简便易行、安全有效 ,值得推广应用 .
BACKGROUND?The cesarean section is one of the most important and commonly performed operations in the obstetrics and gynecology. Several cases had been recently reported with new technique of cesarean section.?CASE REPORT? 80 cases of pregnant woman were treated with new type of cesarean section and any case of postoperative complications could not been found.?DISCUSSION?Utilizing this new type of cesarean section ,the time of operation was short, the postoperative complications were limited, the patient's recovery was quick and the period of hospitalization was also shorted. The new type of cesarean section is effective and safety with simplicity and convenience.
