摘要
[背景 ]探讨肝切除术治疗肝内胆石症的经验 .[病例报告 ]回顾 1992～ 1997年间收治的 61例肝内胆石症 ,对其进行了临床分析 .[讨论 ]肝内胆石症是良性疾病 ,但难以治疗 .肝切除术是目前可采取的积极和有效的治疗方法和途径 .
BACKGROUND?To study the experience of hepatectomy in the treatment of intrahepatic cholelithiasis. ?CASE REPORT?The clinic, operation and therapeutic effect were retrospectively observed and analyzed in 61 cases of cholelithiasis administrated in hospital from 1992 to 1997.?DISCUSSION?The intrahepatic cholecithiasis is an benign disease, but it is difficult to be cured and the hepatectomy is a positive and effective method in the treatment of intrahepatic cholelithiasis.
