摘要
[背景 ]探讨头孢三嗪治疗肺部感染的疗效 .[病例报告 ]在 69例肺部感染患者的治疗中 ,将 1～ 2 g头孢三嗪到加入 2 5 0mL生理盐水中 ,每日 1次静脉滴注给轻、中度肺部感染者 ,将 2 g头孢三嗪加入到 2 5 0mL生理盐水中 ,每 12h 1次静脉滴注给重度肺部感染者 .治疗后总有效率为 97% .[讨论 ]头孢三嗪是头孢菌素中半衰期最长 ,干扰细菌细胞壁合成的快速杀菌药 .
BACKGROUND?To study the effect of cefatrizine for the treatment of pulmonary infection. ?CASE REPORT?69 cases of pulmonary infection were treated with the cefatrizine. The patients with slight and moderate pulmonary infection were treated with cefatrizine 1～2?g added in normal saline 250?mL by intravenous drip per 24?h and with severe pulmonary infection were treated with cefatrizine 2?g per 12?h. The total effective rate was 97% after treatment with cefatrizine. ?DISCUSSION?cefatrizine is the longest half life in all the cephalosporin, and it is fast antibacterial worked by disturbing the synthesize of cell wall.
