摘要
本文从理论上分析了饱和器内铜质结晶管和母液喷射管腐蚀破坏的原因,并用电子能谱和扫描电镜两种实验方法测定了腐蚀产物的组成成份,从而提出了结晶管和母液喷射管的初步防腐措施。
This paper reports on analysis of corrosion failure cause of copper pipes in saturators and measures of the composition of the corrosion products by electron energy spectrometers and scanning electron micro analyzers. Moreover, this paper points out the way of protecting from corrosion.
