摘要
露头层序地层研究的两大任务是划分层序和建立等时层序地层格架。本文就宜昌峡东黄陵背斜的东、南和西翼3组震旦系剖面进行了层序地层学研究,共划分出14个层序(含天柱山段),并进行了空间上的追索和对比,建立了该地区的震旦系等时层序地层格架,为争取末元古代的建系研究和参与全球末前寒武系对比提供依据[1~2]。
The authors undertook a sequence stratigraphic study on three Sinian sections on the eastern, western and southern limbs of the Huangling anticline in the eastern Yangtze Three Gorges area. Fourteen depositional sequences (including a sequence of the Cambrian small shelled fossil bearing Tianzhushan Member) have been distinguished.The Sinian sequence boundaries and superimposition evolution of sedimentary facies and facies sequences are clear and can be traced and correlated in terms of isochronous space. On that basis the authors have established the Doushantuo and Dengying Formations in the eastern Yangtze Three Gorges area, which are placed above the Nantuo Ice Stage and below the Cambrian, i.e. equivalent to the range of the international terminal Precambrian.
