摘要
目的 :比较国产和进口西替利嗪片对常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效及不良反应。方法 :选择符合常年性变应性鼻炎诊断标准的成年患者60例 ,随机分成国产组和进口组作对照研究。两组性别、年龄及病程分布相仿。各自给予国产和进口西替利嗪片10mg,qd ,po ,连续用6日为1个疗程。结果 :国产组总有效率为87 % ,进口组为90 % (P>0 05) ;不良反应发生率国产组为10 % ,进口组为17 % (P>0 05)。结论
OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy and adverse reaction of domestic and imported cetirizine tablets in treating perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR) METHODS:Sixty adult patients whose clinical manifeseations conformed with PAR were selected to this control study They were divided into domestic and imported groups at random There were no significant differences in sex,age and duration between two groups They took domestic or imported cetirizine tablets(10mg qd po,6d a course) separately RESULTS:The total clinical effective rate of domestic group was 87%,and imported group 90%(P>0 05) The rate of adverse reaction in domestic group was 10%,and imported group 17%(P>0 05) CONCLUSION:The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of domestic cetirizine tablet are similar to that of imported one in treatment of PAR
