摘要
[目的 ]研究因肌肉注射暴发皮肤感染的分子流行病学特征。 [方法 ]采用 PCR、RFL P和 DNA斑点杂交技术 ,进行临床分离株鉴定。 [结果 ]2 9株偶然分支杆菌临床分离株均被 PCR扩增出一条 470 bp的 DNA条带 ,DNA探针杂交也出现特异的杂交斑点。 [结论 ]16 s- 2 3s r DNA间隔区序列 PCR扩增及 DNA探针杂交确认引起此次感染的致病菌为偶然分支杆菌 ,该方法具有灵敏。
To study the Molecular Epidemiological characteristics of an outbreak of dermatic infection caused by M. fortuitum. To identify the clinic isolates by PCR, RFLP and DNA dot blot hybridization assay at gene level. A 470 bps fragment was amplified by PCR from each of the 29 clinical isolates, three fragments were produced by HaeⅢ, MSP 1 digest of PCR products respectively. The probe only hybridized with M. fortuitum and 29 clinical isolates. [Conclusion] The results showed that the pathogen of infection outbreak was M. fortuitum. The 16 s 23 s rDNA PCR investigation is a sensitive and specific method, which can identify M. fortuitum at gene level.
