颅内和颈段夹层动脉瘤的影像学特征
摘要
夹层动脉瘤是血液进入血管壁夹层内使血管壁间发生剥离 ,或在动脉壁内出现自发性血肿所致 ,血管造影可表现为双腔征、线珠征、线征、完全闭塞、动脉瘤样扩张、造影剂滞留、内膜瓣和假性动脉瘤等。常规MRI序列可以观察到壁间血肿、内膜瓣和环形强化等 ,增强
